You will be joining our Failsafe team, in addition to usual care which includes appointing, examination/treatment and discharge, our failsafe team ensure that if something goes wrong in the patient's pathway, administrative processes are in place and actioned to identify any errors in procedures.

We are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Radiography Department in Waterloo. This role is part time working 12 hours per week on a shift pattern rota basis from Monday to Sunday, typically working 1x12 hour shifts.
What is the overall purpose of the job?
As a Healthcare Assistant you will ensure the smooth running of the working day by welcoming and preparing patients for their procedures. You will also complete some administrative tasks within the department and provide clinical and clerical support to the practitioners, enabling the team to deliver effective and efficient patient care whilst maintaining a safe clinical environment.
